Customer Support Specialist Work Location:
Bangalore (5 days' Work from Office- Manyata Tech Park) Experience: 3 months to 4 years Notice Period: 0 to 15 days Shift: Rotational – 24*7 Process: Domestic/ International Voice Process Education: Candidates who have completed the below minimum qualification are only applicable to hire: 10 + 2 + 2 yrs Diploma (OR) 10 + 3 yrs Diploma (OR) 10 + 2 + 3 yrs Degree Desired skills: Candidate should have good communication skill Should have work experience in Customer Support/ Voice process Should have handled Customer queries Comfortable to work in rotational shift Should have basic understanding of MS Office, email clients. Typing speed of 35 words per minute with a 80% accuracy preferable Should be a good team player and open to feedback and learning Rotational Shifts - Weekdays Week off.
