Location: Mumbai Department: Human Resources Vacancy type: Internship (6 months) Hybrid ONLY CANDIDATES WHO ARE CURRENTLY IN MUMBAI WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE

We are actively seeking a dedicated intern to contribute to our dynamic team, focusing on streamlining the recruitment process. If you are eager to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, apply now to be a valuable part of our growing team.

Responsibilities: Assist in full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Maintain candidate database and ensure all recruitment records are updated. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? Currently enrolled in a master's degree program in Human Resources

(Post Graduated: 2023) Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and Talent Acquisition. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office applications.
