Job description

Job Title : UX Designer
Required Experience : 3 - 5 Years
Skills : UX , UX research, Wireframing
Location : Remote (Hyd, Chennai, Bangalore and Delhi)

ROLE SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be responsible for researching and designing user interfaces, creating prototypes and performing usability testing while complying with the design system.
This role includes working with the design team on the projects and driving the tasks assigned efficiently.
You will be a reliable and crucial team member who can anticipate client needs.

As a UX Designer 2, you will design and deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience.Â

You will work with the stakeholders, gather requirements, plan and conduct user research and competitive analysis, create user stories, personas, story boards, wireframes, prototypes, low-fidelity designs and high-fidelity designs and perform usability testing while complying with the design system.

ELIGIBILITY:
  • Excellent academic record – Bachelor in Design or equivalent experience working as a UX designer.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a UX role within the IT software industry.
  • Ability to communicate with various clientele and stakeholders, challenge them with the right design/design direction and help ship the product by working closely with the senior designers, leads, product owners and the engineering team.
  • Ability to communicate with the clientele and the stakeholders to be able to sell the ideas in a proficient way.

Good to Have Skills & Experience:

- Create and understand workflows, edge cases and use standardised patterns
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and enable usability testing
- Ability to understand research and understand the user using the right methods
