Job description
HaleMind is looking for competitive Inside sales executives who thrive to become sales champions.Â

Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities (Hospitals, Clinics, Pharmacies, Diagnostic centres etc.) through outbound cold calls and inbound leads follow-up and market our product
- Team with channel partners, expand database of qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Make appointments with prospective clients, conduct demos to doctors, help them to use the product and manage deal closure
- Understand client needs and prepare proposals accordingly
- Rigorous follow-ups with Doctors and Hospitals to ensure sales closure
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain and expand your database of leads through referrals
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing and customer support team
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience in IT sales/ SaaS sales/ HealthTech sales/ Healthcare
- Experienced in selling software
- Strong phone presence and people skills
- An extrovert, excellent communication skills (English, Hindi and one regional language)
- Good technical knowledge of the product
