Overview:
The Customer Support role is crucial to our organization as it is the frontline for interacting with our customers. Customer Support representatives are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or queries they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat
- Resolving customer problems and complaints in a timely manner
- Providing product information and handling sales inquiries
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
- Assisting with customer account management
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Processing customer orders modifications and cancellations
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Empathetic and understanding attitude towards customers
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Capability to adapt and learn new technologies
