Job description

• Project Manager Retail Planning Development
• Project Cost Sheet Summary Submission of Budgeted and Annual Expenditure
• Responsible Existing store maintenance work
• Responsible for All Vendor Service Agreements Rate Contract Sign Off

• Work with Sales Teams for store requirement, Project Handover, RM work

• Responsible for project Cost Sheet summary submission projecting budgeted cost and making a comparison with the actual cost incurred.

• Closing all vendor bills within the stipulated time of project handover.

• Ensuring timely Project completion by sharing project schedule and for rent-free savings, update the status of work progress regularly

• Responsible for all Vendor service agreements Rate Contract Sign Off.

• Responsible for rent free savings, repair and maintenance work.

Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required

• 6-8 years of working experience in the relevant industry
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
