Job Overview: The Golden Rise is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing on hiring candidates with a B.tech and MBA background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source and attract candidates with a B.tech and MBA background through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and networking events.
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Offer Negotiation: Assist in preparing and presenting competitive job offers to selected candidates.
- Branding: Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent with B.tech and MBA qualifications.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

Requirements
