Job description

As a English communication trainer, you will play a vital role in helping employees to improve their language skills and communicate effectively in a business or professional environment.

Major responsibilities

·

Designing courses according to the training required. ·

Preparing lesson plans to align with the course curriculum. ·

Delivering training sessions. ·

Able to use a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, group discussions, role-playing exercises, presentation and interactive multimedia materials. ·

Assessing the progress of the students by conducting periodic assessments. ·

Providing feedback on the students language skills, including areas that need improvement. ·

Creating learning resources, such as handouts, presentations, and online materials, to support the learning process. ·

Collaborate with other trainers or language experts to improve the training program.

Essential qualifications and skills

A Master s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. ·

Language Proficiency. ·

Training Experience. ·

Cross-Cultural Awareness. ·

Interpersonal Skills. ·

Technology Skills. ·
