Are you a persuasive communicator with a flair for sales NNIIT is searching for talented Telesales professionals to join our team. As a Telesales representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services over the phone and driving business growth through effective telemarketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services,book the appointments.
-Daily 8 to 10 Client meeting Bookings is minimum.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information and interactions.
- Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve revenue goals.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6months-3 years of experience in Telesales or Telemarketing.
- Graduates and above are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Telugu ,English language for effective communication.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
