  • Exposure of Giving Corporate Media Interview for Forecasting and Company financials review
  • Excellent Verbal and Communication skills in English
  • Pleasant personality and Should have worked or Working with a Listed company with similar or large business volume
  • Strong knowledge of Share, Stakeholders and SEBI guidelines
  • Self Initiator to maintaining the harmonious relations with the investors and bring the potential Investors for the company
  • Develop investor confidence and belief in the companys vision and strategy for delivering

shareholder value

  • Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework
  • Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication

with external agencies

  • Manage data for equity research and investor relationships
  • Responsibility of managing communication between a company's corporate management and its

investors.

  • Other responsibilities are as below:
  • Data analysis
  • Presentations and data visualization
  • Financial modelling & research
  • Information collection/preparation
  • Investor event preparation
  • Corporate compliances
  • Updates to Investors about companies events
