About the role:As a Technical Product Manager at Asymbl, you will play a key role in shaping our staffing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will serve as the internal voice of the customer and ensure our products meet market needs that align with our product vision.You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and drive successful delivery of new features and products. This role combines technical knowledge with business acumen and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Translate the Product Strategy & Vision:- Understand customer needs and market trends: Translate customer & market needs into product capabilities and improvements that support the product strategy and overall vision.- Define the product delivery roadmap: Prioritize features and functionalities for development, taking into account technical feasibility, market demand, and resource constraints.- Communicate the product vision to stakeholders: Effectively articulate the value proposition of the product & capabilities to internal teams and external audiences.Product Development & Execution:- Work with engineering teams: Translate product requirements into technical specifications. Work closely with developers & QA to ensure features are built to meet customer needs and business objectives.- Manage the development ceremonies: Act as a product owner to enable continuous delivery by the engineering team. Maintain a healthy backlog, monitor development progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely release & documentation of features & capabilities.- Drive Product Quality: Provide clear functional and technical acceptance criteria & sign-off to ensure the product meets quality expectations.Technical Expertise and Deep Salesforce Knowledge:- Understand the Salesforce platform: Having a strong grasp of the Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, and limitations.- Staying up-to-date with new Salesforce features and releases: Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving Salesforce landscape.- Providing technical guidance: Combine Salesforce knowledge with a deep understanding of the Asymbl architecture in order to design and recommend scalable solutions.Collaboration and Communication:- Work Cross-functionally: Collaborate effectively with various teams within Asymbl to ensure successful product development and launch.- Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about product progress, addressing their concerns, and managing expectations.- Gather and incorporate user feedback: Actively seek feedback from users, stakeholders, and customers to continuously improve the product.- Competitive analysis, pricing & packaging, marketing & sales support, and customer success & support.
