Roles & responsibility

Preparing Sale Bills

Expense reimbursement claim processing.

Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted

Understand expense accounts and cost centres

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and Tally ERP software

Independently Filing of GST 3B, GSTR1, 9, 9C, & TDS Returns & Professional Tax Returns/Payment

Salary payment entry and reconciliation of staff advances

Coordinating with banks and preparation Bank Reconciliation statement

Verify discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor/Suppliers accounts and monthly basis
