Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology (IT) Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including hiring, technical recruiting, and general recruiting duties. The IT Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Job Description:
1. Should Have Experience in End to End Recruitment process.
2. Should have experience in Oracle and open source requirements.
3. Strong Experience in sourcing (Job portals).
4. Experience in IT Staffing (Contract and Permanent).
5. Freshers must have MBA educational background.
Experience in recruiting for IT consulting or Enterprise Software services firms is a plus.
