Job Description – Team Lead
Experience: 5+ years’ experience
Qualification: Graduate or above
Must have led a team of 08 to 10+ FTE
Responsible for managing global stakeholders and drive operational excellence
People Management is must
Drive SLAs and KPIs
Must have knowledge and experience in MIS reporting
Must have knowledge about End to End Procure To Pay (PTP) / Accounts Payables process
Must have knowledge about Cash Flow Management regarding payables
Prepare and perform payment process
Assist with month end closing
Perform vendor reconciliation and take necessary action
Review aged payables to ensure old invoices are paid as on due date
Monitor debit balances and take appropriate action
Perform PO and Advance clearing activity
Expert in Advanced Microsoft Office
Comfortable with changes in the work environment.
Co-ordination with international locations (UK and Canada)
SAP knowledge is must
Flexibility to work around in shifts
Self-Starter and should have Analytical thinking
