FASPL has an experienced team of qualified CAs from the banking and rating industry, and is associated with major nationalized banks, financial institutions, NBFCs and credit rating agencies.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating and closing deals. The role will also involve creating and implementing strategies to increase the company's market share and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and/or business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
• Good understanding of financial services
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred

A certification or diploma in sales, marketing or business development would be beneficial.

Experience in the finance industry and a good understanding of credit rating and corporate finance would be an added advantage.

The candidate should have a proactive attitude, be a team player, and be able to work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.

The candidate should also have excellent time management and organizational skills.

Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi would be preferred.
