Note: We prefer experienced candidates from Interiors Design, Architects, Furniture, Ceramics, Building Material Industry.

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive Work Experience:

2-3 years of Business Development experience preferably in

Interiors Design, Architects, Building Material Industry. CTC/Salary Bracket:

Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400069 Working Hours:

General Shift (9Hrs), Working Days:

Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Key Responsibilities: Traveling throughout an assigned territory to spot/identify, train & guide clients & dealers. Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner. Research – Conduct thorough and accurate research to source important information required to initiate outreach to new leads. Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services. Conducting surveys if needed to better understand customer needs. Identifying key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, events, and high-level prospecting. Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations. Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory.

Required Qualifications and Skills: Graduate / Bachelor Proven experience working in sale/ marketing for 2-3 years. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills. Effective communication skills. Promoting the organization and products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
