Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a VSAT Service Engineer located in Mumbai. The VSAT Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair of VSAT systems. The engineer will also be responsible for communication with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Experience in field service and communication with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of VSAT systems and networking is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
