Job Description :Experience & Skills :- Graduation in Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.) is mandatory.- 3+ years of relevant work experience as a Data Analyst including experience in a data-driven technology, business or company with a sophisticated data stack.- Prior experience in Ecommerce and Tech Start up is a plus.- 2-3 years hands on experience in Excel/Google Sheets (Must be proficient) & SQL.- Dashboarding experience with Power BI/Redash/Tableau etc is a must.- Must have hands-on experience and should be comfortable working on data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements documents.- Excellent grasp of database concepts and principles.- Analytical, Deep critical & Logical thinking skills and curiosity to pursue open-ended problems via data.- Business acumen with the ability to develop data-driven business recommendations.Roles & Responsibilities :Data Analysis & Reporting :- Clean, set up data & develop evaluation methods and dashboards to measure business performance.- Responsible for supporting end to end business requirements (Solutioning) - requirement gathering, translated into Functional specifications.- Reporting and Dashboards for critical KPIs.- Quickly deconstruct and define problems.- Monitor and analyse e-commerce metrics and figures.Collaboration :- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, interpreting diverse business requirements.- Partner with team members to provide data-driven insights and conclusions across the customer journey.- Analyse specific business questions to support decision-making across different functions.Ownership :- Take ownership of tasks and efficiently manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.- Act as a data business analyst and subject matter expert on the data needs of the project.- Support to define project sequence, scope and deliverables.- Builds relationships with internal and external service providers and support teams to ensure effective project delivery.
