Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts-cum-Admin/HR Manager located in Ranchi. The Accountant will manage following tasks:

• Financial transactions
• Preparing financial reports
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Analyzing financial statements
• Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records
• Reconciling accounts
• Admin related works
• HR related works

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to maintain accurate bookkeeping records and reconcile accounts
• Proficient in Tally and MS Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the social sector is a plus
