Scope
Core responsibilities include, providing
L3 technical support for customer hosted on public cloud, perform
root cause analysis , drive corrective and preventive measures, collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the roadmap and support with operational readiness.
What You'll Do - Drive Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive actions to enhance the service reliability
- Enable Infrastructure Operations team to adopt the roadmap defined by Cloud Architecture group.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Automation groups to drive efficiencies through automation.
What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred) and minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Azure IaaS management.
- Strong knowledge of Azure networks (Firewall, VWAN), Azure Load balancers (Application Gateway, Traffic Manager), Private DNS, Private Endpoints
- Demonstrable experience with the administration of Azure Storage, Virtual Machines and AKS.
- Demonstrable experience, thorough knowledge, and interests in Cloud native architecture, Distributed micro-services, Multi-tenant SaaS solution and Cloud Scalability, performance, and High availability.
- Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and infrastructure automation (Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform, GitHub).
- Good understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration, identity management.
