Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams. 

 

Responsibilities

Product sales in the allocated region.

- Channel Partner Development.

- Periodical reviewing and reporting on sales planning vs. actual sales performance.

- Ensure Customer Satisfaction.

- Experience of Sales & Marketing for the products viz. Machinery, IoT & Agri Solutions.

- Has experience in identifying and developing new customers base of respective territory.

- Develop and Manage assign customers of his/her territory.

- Ability to bring input from market on latest happening in the Industry & amongst Competitors.

- Mapping client's requirements followed with a technical discussion for its closure.

- Ability to forcast the territory business potential, develop budgets and sales strategies.

- Should be self-starter & a highly motivated personality.

- Should have good Communication skills.

- Must be a team player with a positive attitude who has the ability to work independently or as part of the team.

- Planning & Achieving Sales / Collection Targets.
