Job description

• To promote the entire range of products in assigned territory.
• To keep an updated database of builders/dealers/architects.
• To develop strong relationships with Senior Architect / Designer by personal visit, courtesy call or by one to one meeting at frequent intervals.
• To do field accompaniment call for 2 days/month.
• Resolve issues found during field accompaniment calls within 3 days of visit and inform head of department.
• To review periodic pricing.
• Submit Branch wise sales performance, sales forecasting, dealer wise sales performance, customer complaints and dealer complaints MIS to HOD.
• To brief dealers and their sales staff complete product details of each vertical.
• To give sales training to the dealers sales staff educating them on selling arguments for each product vertical.
• To ensure Maximum display at dealers showrooms in the given space.
• To make a detailed presentation to Senior Architect / Designer.
• To visit builders/dealers/architects along with Sales Employees as an expert to aid in closure of sales calls.
• Submit weekly action plan in advance and update on work in progress report on weekly basis covering key contents of discussions with customers met and way forward action plan.
