Explore more about us at: WHAT YOU WILL DO: YOUR AREA OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE: Role: Treasury Operation Associate Duties & Responsibilities : As a Travel Accountant, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining all the requisite day-to-day back office travel accounting operations by: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements for company and subsidiaries Review and process routine accounting data for revenue and expenditures Ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with corporate requirements Analysing, reconciling, balancing and maintaining accounting records Liaising with various designated Suppliers/Vendors to resolve issues and expedite payments Ensuring prompt & efficient responses to Supplier/Vendor/Customer queries, either via call or email Processing complex invoices for payment Maintaining listing of accounts payables Maintaining the general ledger Maintaining updated vendor files and file numbers Preparing and circulating the defined weekly, monthly, quarterly financial reports Performing other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Analysing & identifying areas for process improvements Key Technical Skill requisites: Working knowledge of MS Office and Google workspace applications. Key Soft Skill requisites : Proven work experience of around 2- 5 years in a similar role with a well-established company / Travel Agency (preferable). Graduate/Post-Graduate Degree in the Commerce discipline with specialization in Finance & Accounting. Good verbal & written communication skills (English). Analytical and Problem Solving skills.
