Job description
Rapyuta Robotics is hiring a Technical specialist for voice support for our international on-call operations team in India.
The operations team you will be part of are the first responders to any support ticket raised by our customers.
To drive the robotics revolution, we are looking for talented, motivated, and daring people willing to take on complex challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote support, maintenance, and training to customers to ensure stable operations of the installed robotics system.
- Communicate with internal members and vendors to resolve operational issues.
- Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative operational data about the product and make suggestions for improvement.
- Create and maintain operations manuals and promote service quality improvement.
- Provide on-call support in rotating shifts to achieve 24/7 international support.
- Improve operation process and maintain uptime to meet SLA requirements.
- Interface effectively with remote engineering team members to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good knowledge and understanding of IT.
- A bachelor s degree in engineering, robotics, IT, or similar field.
