Hiring Vice Principal for CBSE School in Bangalore.(Looking for local Bangalore candidates)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• T o develop and deploy appropriate Strategies, Action Plans - Short Term and Long Term to take forward the CBSE School and build to a truly world class CBSE School.
• Help the Principal preparing and executing Institutional Plan/Perspective Plan/ Forecasting Plan /Annual Budget for the school and its overall development
• Planning of academic calendar ,administrative calendar etc. in constitution of principal and in charges.
• Coordinate the total education programme of the concerned department both curricular and co curricular .
• Assisting the new admission(planning, administering level placements tests, evaluation , and assessment with Principal.
• Provide support to Principal in implementation of scholastic and co scholastic activities.
• Assist the Principal quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly in teacher s evaluation and providing guidance to staff and students and encouraging a positive climate in the school .
• Monitor and review staff performance , providing guidance , support and conduct in service training programs as appropriate in order to update and sustain their continuous improvement and well- being.
• Help the new teachers in the department to acclimatize themselves in understanding the ethos of the school and the way of functioning in the department.
• Supervision of school discipline amongst the staff and students , ensuring punctuality .
• Supervise and monitor the functioning of School's House system in reference to the allocation of new students based on their creativity , boys/girls ratio, activities allotted and their performance .
• Planning , Delegating and monitoring different areas of responsibility of teachers .
• Assist the principal in preparing and submitting the annual appraisal of staff members , recruitment and induction of staff.
• Taking charge of school in absence of the principal / when principal is on leave.
• Promote the aims and values of the school and brand building by ensuring effective communication with all the stakeholders, incusing school management, pupils , parents.
