The Data Associate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and maintaining accurate datasets to support our organization's operations and decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include data entry, data cleansing, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with data governance policies. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with large volumes of data. If you are enthusiastic about working with data and contributing to the success of our organization, we encourage you to apply for this position.Please note that candidates MUST reside in Jammu, Uttar Pradesh, or Punjab.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Data Collection: Gather, compile, and organize data from various sources.Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data into databases or other storage systems.Data Cleaning: Scrub, validate, and clean datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.Data Analysis: Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Report Generation: Create reports and visualizations summarizing key findings from the data.Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and quality by performing regular audits and checks.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data-related processes and improve efficiency.Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, methodologies, and procedures.Critical Thinking: Capacity to think analytically and critically evaluate data to identify patterns, trends, and outliers.Your secondary responsibilities can include the following:Conducting comprehensive market research to identify opportunities and trends.Compiling, customizing, and refining prospect lists for effective use in outbound campaigns.Providing detailed reports on campaign performance metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly.Extracting data from CRM systems and conducting in-depth analysis.Continuously enhancing and managing internal spreadsheets and systems.Supporting the Reporting Manager across various business functions as needed.Qualification, Skills & Eligibility Requirements:Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from a recognized University in India.Proficiency in written and verbal communication in the English language is required.MS Excel, Analytical skillsPersonal Computer: i5 equipped with 8GB RAM, good enough for office work and multi-tasking.Stable WiFi connection above 30 Mbps speed.Ensuring a continuous workflow by having power backup in place.
