Job Title: Pharmaceutical Third-Party Manufacturing Business Development Specialist Location: Industrial Area Phase 2, Panchkula, Haryana
Terms: Full-time in office
Salary/Rate: INR 12,000 - INR 18,000

About the Role:
The role involves the effective utilization of various lead generation platforms for business development.
Responsibilities:
ï'· Lead Generation: Initiating outbound calls, including Cold Calling, to individuals or businesses to generate interest in the products or services offered by the company.
ï'· Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for in-person meetings with the management. ï'· Follow-up Calls: Conducting follow-up calls with qualifying prospects to nurture leads, address any questions or concerns, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
ï'· Database Management: Maintaining and updating customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
ï'· Feedback and Reporting: Providing feedback to the management based on customer interactions and reporting key metrics to refine strategies, improving overall performance.
Candidate Requirements:
ï'· Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
ï'· Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, including knowledge of regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
ï'· Experience: Previous experience in business development or sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry will be preferred.
ï'· Networking Skills: Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
