CASTMASTER is a CNC Machining Shop in Faridabad, providing CNC Machine, Job-work services, job outsourcing services for aluminum die casting parts, and machine shop services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a CNC Machine Shop Manager at CASTMASTER located in Faridabad. As a CNC Machine Shop Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a full understanding of all CNC Machining Jobs processes, procedures, and standards, and ensuring that all work carried out is in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. The CNC Machine Shop Manager ensures safe, efficient work practices are carried out in the Machine Shop while managing programming CNC machines and ensuring that CNC operators are working in accordance with work procedures. Additionally, the CNC Machine Shop Manager will develop and implement standard work practices, conduct daily safety audits, develop and maintain appropriate KPI's and measures for shop performance and ensure that all CNC machines are properly maintained and in good working order.

Qualifications

• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 15-+ years of CNC Machining experience, including experience with 3 to 5-axis CNC machines
• 5+ years of experience in a Managers role
• Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers
• Ability to program using a CAM software, and reading and interpreting blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work and motivate a team to achieve common goals and deliverables
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills
• Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma is preferred
