Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team at Surya she pvt ltd. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth sales operations. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time role.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a sales coordination or related role.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and ability to follow established guidelines.
  • Proficient in using SAP system for handling purchase orders and quotations.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as preparing sales documents, maintaining customer records, and processing orders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and resolve any operational issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Support the sales team in prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Stay updated on competitors' activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
