Job description
- Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis. - Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics. - Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs). - Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes. - Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation. - Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels. - Lead the digital and ads team to meet KPI's - B2B & B2C lead generation through SEM and SMM ( Linkedin ads and business manager advertising)- Good hands on Social Media Marketing (SMM/SMO)- Projecting Monthly/Yearly Leads & Budget. - Keyword Research & Analysis for SEM. - Create customized reports in Google Analytics & Web CEO. - Personal accountability and ownership of work becoming the subject matter expert. - Manage internal analytical and auditing tools to track the performance regularly. - Work closely with Design & Development team members to achieve goals successfully. - Research and analysis of all available tools to improve SEO Performance. - Analyze new updates and algorithms related to SEO/SEM and make changes in system accordingly. - Identify the requirements for fulfilling the targets of lead generation & ROI. - Track ROI on weekly/monthly and yearly basis - Good knowledge about optimizing AMP pages. - Design strategy for Dynamic content and meta tags optimization. - Excellent experience & knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, Web CEO and other auditing/analysis tools. - Good experience working on the latest technologies in the Market (Eg. AMP pages, Schemas, OG tags, Reach Snippets etc.)- Good understanding and experience of using Schema & Structure data on website. - Strong written and verbal communication skillsJob tags
