Job Description :
- A Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in the financial services sector, overseeing and managing the sales team responsible for promoting and selling insurance products through banking partnerships. Role and Responsibilities : - Responsible for keeping liaison with the bank collaborates and deliver business plans. - Identify sales opportunities through performing reviews and trends and propose business solutions. - Build and maintain good relationship with Bank's Regional Manager and Branches. - Effectively manage and maintain the assigned staffs in matters to ensure the achievement of area production target in the assigned Bank branch. - Ensure the training is delivered to sakes team and collaborate with operations team. - Provide a regular reporting to the Head of Bancassurance and the relevant parties.
