Job description
POSITIONS:
CNC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
3-5 years of experience in CNC maintenance.
Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical engineering.
Do proper actions and repairs for break downs raised up to him through MPC (Maintenance Planner & Controller) or his supervisor for CNC machines.
Implement preventive maintenance as it was scheduled by MPC for CNC machines.
Monitor CNC machines performance and indicate predictive actions to avoid sever problems for SMI CNC machines.
PATTERN MAKER Any degree in vocational school in carpentry or machinery.
Minimum of 6 years experience in pattern shop work related..
Preparing patterns layouts.
Basics knowledge in methoding, pattern terminology (runner,ingate,dowunsprue,parting line,..ect)
Knowledgeable with basics of foundry practice
Reading & interpretation pattern drawings
Pattern mounting.
knowledge about pattern repair
