Job Description Handling outbound calls, Generate and develop qualified leads and also give product demos to the client Fixing appointment with generated leads for a demo / discussion and also actively followup Inbound call handling in response to online enquiries and other marketing activities. Working with the database / lead sheets to develop prospects into qualified leads. Liaising with marketing department to assist in event follow-up and mail campaigns. Developing and maintaining the required knowledge about the company and its Services to identify customer needs and maximize the opportunity. Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for direct mailing activities. Identify past prospects due for the follow up calls Undertaking market research as required identifying new organisations and markets for the team to target. Overall coordination with team in sales/marketing activities.

Candidate requirements: Excellent communication skills. Computer literate and experience in database navigation & web browsing Knowledge of the Healthcare IT industry. Mature attitude with a capability to explain healthcare products and services Confident, self-motivated & friendly personality Experience details - Minimum Three Year relevant experience
