Responsibilities - Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research and outbound calls.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Develop a deep understanding of our IT products and services.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Qualify prospects by understanding client needs and budgets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Consistently exceed expectations with respect to given targets to ensure revenue objectives are met.
Qualifications - Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field. A marketing, science, or technology background will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand clients requirements, especially in the IT/Tech domain.
- Excellent cold-calling skills, including the ability to hold clients attention by making powerful and impactful pitches, presentations, follow-up calls, and objection handling.
- Target-oriented, problem-solving, energetic, and with a go-getter attitude.
- A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible sales development.
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment.
- Technical knowledge and CRM understanding will be preferred.
