Job Description



We are looking for a dynamic HR consultant for our Bangalore office, to join our People Team. You’ll support the regional HR leader in ensuring smooth functioning of some of our core processes and procedures as well as ensuring we are a great place to work in India which is at the heart of the experience of our people and the success of our business.

HR Analytics

This role would involve coordination with global stakeholders and different teams. You’ll work with the Group People Operations team to ensure we have appropriate reporting and analysis in place to support decision-making for our India teams. You'll be accountable for maintaining HR reports like headcount, attrition, leaves, and the like.

Statutory compliances

You will be support to maintain a robust system of statutory compliances controls and procedures safeguarding our organization against potential risks and ensuring that we operate at high levels of efficiency and effectiveness. This role will involve coordinating with external and internal stakeholders and creating, as well as maintaining documents and reports for complying with labour laws.

Core HR Operations

You will support the global people ops team to ensure smooth functioning of all core HR activities for India like onboarding, payroll, exits, background checks, insurance coordination's, reference letters and the like. We have a quarterly rhythm which underpins and is critical to our business model. Our Performance cycle, our Pay cycle, our employee survey cycles all follow this rhythm and run like clockwork every three months. You’ll support in making sure this happens in India.

Employee retention and engagement

You will also support in implementation of retention and engagement strategy for India.
