Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring Regulatory Compliance: Support the Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI AIF Regulations, and other relevant laws. Timely filing of applicable forms, returns, and reports with appropriate regulators. Meeting Management: Assist in the preparation and execution of notices, agendas, and minutes for board and committee meetings. Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks related to meetings. Statutory Registers and Records: Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of statutory registers and records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Depositories and RTA Coordination: Coordinate with Depositories and Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTA) to ensure smooth communication and compliance with shareholding and related matters. Audit Support: Assist in various audits, including internal and external audits. Deal effectively with auditors and statutory authorities, providing necessary documentation and information. Corporate Transactions: Assist in various corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Monitoring Regulatory Changes: Monitor and stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the company. Communicate relevant updates to the management team and ensure timely adjustments to compliance processes.

KPI Regular audits and assessments to track compliance against the established checklist Track the number of forms and reports submitted on time versus the total due. Review and assess meeting documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards. Regular audits of statutory registers and records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assess the number of transactions completed without regulatory or legal challenges.
