Mudskipper Labs is looking for someone to help our Director-CEO in running the overall operations of the production house.

Any production/event management/marketing experience, while not mandatory, will certainly be useful.

Role and responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations of the company by being a bridge between the production, studio, finance departments & the CEO. Oversee the production process from pre-production to post-production, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of projects. Assist in planning and coordinating company & production events, both in-house & client facing. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with production teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless operations. Create production budgets and Manage financial performance by working closely with the production, creative & finance teams to forecast and track expenses and revenue. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and practices to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. Continuously assess and improve the company's operational processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage and prioritise the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, attend and record minutes for important meetings, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation. Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Support employee training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, organizing training sessions. Resolve employee relations issues, including conflicts, complaints, and grievances, in a timely and effective manner. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with employees. Participate in related projects and initiatives as needed. Coordinate with the travel desk in relation to domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Assist in drafting and editing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Must Have: Bachelor’s degree Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools. Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. An interest in the outdoors, nature and wildlife.
