We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Struts Developer with 7-8 years of hands-on experience to lead and contribute to the development of high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Java and the Struts framework, along with proven experience in guiding and mentoring a development team.

Job Description Role: A Java Struts Developer is a professional who specializes in developing web applications using the Apache Struts framework, which is an open-source framework for creating enterprise-level Java web applications.

Primary Skills: Core Java, Struts, Spring, Spring Boot, Rest API, Angular Good-to-have Skill: Azure cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Python (Flask), Unit testing (Junit)

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Java Struts Developer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, and the Apache Struts framework.
Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
Familiarity with ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate) and database systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
