Tele Counsellor: - Responsibilities- Contact potential or existing students from the given database to inform them about our product (Study Abroad) Answer Questions About The Company Ask questions to understand student requirements and fix appointments for the counsellors Enter and update student information in the database Keep records of calls and note useful information. Format into sections and lists to improve readability Avoid targeting specific demographics e.g. gender, nationality and age No need to add a link to apply (one is added automatically) Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively 10000-20000Job tags
