We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to support our Accounting department for a 4-month-temporary contract.
Reporting to Finance Director, the successful candidate will have to assist the Accounting Supervisor in various missions:
- Loading manifests received from intercompany units,
- Loading PO's received from third party suppliers, where no manifest is available,
- Set up of location codes in the system,
- Loading daily FX rates in the accounting system,
- Setting up new product items, supplier prices and customer prices in the accounting system.
Skills:
- Proven organization skills,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Fluent English speaking,
- MS Office abilities and good Excel knowledge
