Votre rôle & mission
En tant que Chef de projets Propositions , vous intégrez l’équipe « Produits et Propositions ELY » afin de coordonner les propositions techniques et les présenter aux clients dans le respect exigences de délais, qualités, compétitivité et profitabilité. Vous apportez un support technique aux équipes commerciales tout au long du processus de vente.
Votre périmètre et vos tâches quotidiennes
- Analyser les spécifications et les exigences des clients
- Piloter la préparation de l’offre pour soumettre la proposition technique dans les délais et les objectifs de qualité attendus :
- Coordonner, challenger et valider la solution technique
- Coordonner, challenger et valider l’estimation des coûts
- Assurer la coordination avec les partenaires externes (p. ex., les partenaires du consortium) si nécessaire
Votre profil
Éducation
- Diplôme d’ingénieur (Mécanique, procédés, électrochimie, électricité...), un double diplôme commerce/vente est un plus
- Une expérience significative (idéalement plus de 5 ans) dans les fonctions suivantes : Chef de projet / Responsable de la construction / Chef de produit / Gestionnaire de propositions
- Une expérience préalable au sein d’un consortium, d’un EPC et d’un marché public est un atout.
Savoir-faire
- Connaissance des compétences techniques : Procédés, électricité, thermodynamique, mécanique, fabrication de produits
- Connaissance des marchés et des applications de l’hydrogène
- Compétences en négociation et en gestion de contrats
- Compétences et outils de communication (écrite et orale)
- Compétences en informatique :
- Maîtrise du pack office
- La connaissance des logiciels de planification (Microsoft Project) et des logiciels de programmation (par exemple, VBA) est un atout.
- Culture Sécurité
Compétences non techniques
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en management transverse
- Anglais courant, la connaissance d’une deuxième langue (allemand, français ou italien) est un plus

Your role & mission
As a Project Manager for Electrolyzer Proposals, you will join the "ELY Products and Proposals" team in order to elaborate and present technical proposals to customers in compliance with deadlines, competitiveness and competand defined quality objectives. You provide technical support to the sales teams throughout the sales process.
Your main responsibilities
- Analyze customer specifications and requirements.
- Lead the preparation of the offer to submit the technical proposal within the expected quality and deadline objectives:
- o Coordinate, challenge and validate the technical solution
- o Coordinate, challenge and validate the cost estimation
- o Coordinate with external partners (e.g., consortium partners) if necessary
- Present solutions to clients and integrate their feedback
- Participate in contractual and commercial negotiations with the Sales Manager
- Provide technical support to the sales team
- Carry out project handover to deliver a clear project to the operational teams
- Capitalize on the feedback from projects in progress and proposals submitted, during the next offers; contribute to the evolution of the product and service offers by taking into account this feedback
- Contribute to commercial reporting and sales and operations planning
- Apply the department's rules and procedures, propose actions for improvement
- Safety: Respect and apply the defined safety rules and report any situation of non-compliance with security rules
- Confidentiality: Respect and apply the defined rules of confidentiality and report any situation of non-compliance with the rules of confidentiality
Your profile :
Education:
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, process, electrochemical, electrical...), a double degree in business/sales is a plus.
- Significant experience (ideally more than 5 years) in the following functions Project Manager / Construction Manager / Product Manager / Proposal Manager
- Previous experience in a consortium, EPC and public procurement is a plus
Know-how :
- Knowledge of technical skills: Process, electrical, thermodynamic, mechanical, product manufacturing
- Knowledge of hydrogen markets and applications
- Contract negotiation and management skills
- Communication skills and tools (written and oral)
- Mastery of the pack office
- o Knowledge of planning software (Microsoft Project), and programming software (e.g. VBA) are a plus
- Minimum 3 years experience in cross functional management
- Fluent english, knowledge of a second language (German, French or Italian) is a plus.
