CE QUE NOUS VOUS PROPOSONS:
Lyreco Management regroupe le système d'information de l'ensemble du groupe ainsi que toutes les fonctions du groupe telles que le département financier du groupe, le marketing du groupe, la logistique du groupe, le commercial du groupe, les ressources humaines du groupe....
Vous êtes la personne de référence au sein de Lyreco Management pour les processus financiers de Lyreco Management:
- Gestion du contrôle de gestion des sociétés centrales (Lyreco Management Marly/Amsterdam/Gdansk) (reporting et budget)
- Support sur les fonctions du groupe dans l'évaluation financière des projets clés du groupe
- Contrôle des sociétés de Lyreco Management. Lyreco Management est la consolidation de 3 entités basées à Marly (France), Amsterdam (Pays-Bas) et Gdansk (Pologne).
- Gestion du reporting mensuel (Power BI), le process P2P dans SAP et le processus budgétaire annuel de Lyreco Management qui sont fortement impactés par 2 spécificités clés
- Collaboration avec un contrôleur informatique à Gdansk travaillant principalement sur les entités de Gdansk et d'Amsterdam et un apprenti aidant sur les trois sites.
- Communication sur les procédures du groupe au sein de l'organisation Lyreco Management et veillez à ce qu'elles soient appliquées
- Proposition de nouvelles procédures et améliorez les procédures actuelles afin de vous assurer que les risques sont maîtrisés et minimisés.
Vous êtes la personne de référence pour les dépenses d'engagement (processus, formation, outils):
- Évaluation financière des projets clés du groupe
En lien avec les spécificités mentionnées ci-dessus, vous serez la personne de référence au sein de Lyreco Management pour construire l'évaluation financière des projets clés : durant la phase de pré-projet (business case nécessaire pour soumettre le projet à la validation du top management) ainsi que le suivi une fois le projet lancé.
- Support des départements du groupe à identifier les coûts et les bénéfices du projet afin de fournir un retour sur investissement (RoI) et de résumer les hypothèses et les résultats de votre analyse dans un document qui servira de base à la validation de la direction générale.
- Suivi suivi des coûts des projets au cours de l'année fiscale et pendant la durée de vie des projets.
CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS:
- Master en Finance, une première expérience minimum de 2 ans dans le contrôle de gestion, l'audit ou la comptabilité est requise
- Maîtrise des mécanismes financiers, notamment en matière de comptabilité
- Très bonne communication (orale et écrite)
- Aptitude à mener des discussions et des débats avec la haute direction
- Sens de la confidentialité et de l'objectivité
- Excellente pratique de l'anglais, le français est un atout
- Bonne connaissance d'Excel, Word et Powerpoint, SAP est un plus.
- Le poste sera basé à Marly et nécessitera des déplacements à Gdansk.

YOUR MISSIONS:
- Management of Control for Lyreco Management Central Companies (Marly/Amsterdam/Gdansk) (Reporting and Budget)
- Supporting ther Group Functions in Financial Evaluation of Key Group Projects
- Controlling of Lyreco Management Companies. Lyreco Management consolidates three entities based in Marly (France), Amsterdam (Netherlands), and Gdansk (Poland).
- Management of Monthly Reporting (Power BI), P2P Process in SAP, and Lyreco Management's Annual Budgeting Process. These are significantly impacted by two key specificities.
- Collaboration with an IT Controller in Gdansk working mainly on Gdansk and Amsterdam entities and an apprentice assisting on all three sites.
- Communication on Group Procedures within the Lyreco Management Organization and ensuring their application.
- Proposal of New Procedures and Improvement of Current Procedures to ensure that risks are controlled and minimized.
- Financial Evaluation of Key Group Projects
- Supporting the Group Departments in Identifying Project Costs and Benefits to provide a Return on Investment (RoI) and summarizing assumptions and analysis results in a document that will serve as the basis for senior management approval.
- Monitoring Project Costs Throughout the Fiscal Year and over the project's lifespan. This includes tracking costs during the execution of the project and ensuring alignment with the initial financial projections.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Master's in Finance, a minimum of 2 years' experience in controlling, auditing, or accounting is required.
- Proficiency in financial mechanisms, particularly in accounting.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to engage in discussions and debates with senior management.
- Sense of confidentiality and objectivity.
- Excellent command of English; French is an asset.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP is a plus.
