This team works with internal & external stakeholders to guarantee Stellantis' supply of raw materials at the best economic conditions under Social & Environmental responsibility, driving the transition to a Zero Carbon footprint.
The MBES team is responsible to :
- Define and lead the Raw Materials strategy for Battery and Enegry storage to securitize all the Stellantis needs for the next decade.
- Put in place all contracts (offtake, investments) or partnerships that are validated in the strategy all around the world and for all the value chain'from mining to battery or storage packs''.
Directly attached to the MBES leader, in close connection with the Business Development, technical, ESG and finance teams, the MBES PCAM-CAM and downstream raw Material synthesis responsible will :
- Define Stellantis MBES strategies along all the value chain of each raw materials (Nickel, Cobalt, Manganese, Graphite, Hydrogen) and, with internal relevant stakeholders (Business Development team, technical team, ESG, etc.)
- Manage internal and external reporting requirements to ensure IT accurately reflects the business' working practices, is in line with regulatory, and meets stakeholders expectations
- Implement a set of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) metrics to measure, monitor and report progress
- Communicate and present performance data across the organization and to Stellantis stakeholders, for all Worlwide raw materials of the perimeter
- Ensure the standards and policies outlined for suppliers, and the processes to ensure compliance, meet regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations, specifically, M&A's (Mergers & Acquisitions)
- Represent the Company in working groups, during international congresses / seminars. Behavioral Skills

- Confidence in verbally delivering and presenting information to relevant stakeholders, including the ability to translate complex data into terms readily understood across varying levels (e.g. team, senior managers, and/or partners)
- Strong capacity to explain in a simple way both in written and at oral, including PowerPointetc
- Ability to work inside cross-functional teams (engineering / purchasing / finance)
Technical Skills
- Minimum of ten (5) years of higher education in Engineering or Business management or Finance
- Strong knowledge of disclosure of mineral assets, mining, refining, all process in value chain
- Ability to analyze and challenge reports by subcontractors and Raw Materials compagnies
- Ability to write accurate reports on data collection and analysis
- International experience appreciated
- Fluent English
Critical Skills
- Strong knowledge in all value chain of Raw Materials for Energy storage, especially on battery side and Hydrogen
- Strong knowledge of standards, best practices, order of magnitude for both technical and financial topics
- Five (5) to ten (10) years' experience in this activity with a strong network will BE appreciated
- Mining, refining, PCAM CAM, Trader, Bank compagnies well experienced candidate will BE key
