You will work at the head office of the Sodexo group, located in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, accessible from Paris by RER C, Tram T2 from La Défense and Porte de Versailles or metro line 12.

Your main responsibilities will be, but are not limited to

• Assist the Group SVP in all administrative and logistic aspects
• Follow up on expenses and budgets
• Organise, attend and participate in team meetings (insights, minutes, …)
• Assist the CSR & DEI teams in the animation of the internal networks, contributing to preparing and formatting webinars and board presentations
• Prepare & organize meetings/events (face to face and virtual): agenda coordination, bookings, confirmation and logistics, reports/minutes, PowerPoint presentations…
• Support the internal and external visibility of CSR, DEI and the Group SVP on social networks in coordination with Group communication
• Support project management of CSR & DEI projects
• Help with the development or adaptation of documents (ex: PowerPoint presentations) as needed, possibly including translation between English and French
• Archive documents and update listings
• Organize apprentices and trainees" arrival and departures processes, in liaison with IT and office support services
• Manage day-to-day agenda and yearly planning set-up, travel organization
• Ensure alignment with Group policies (travel, brand identity, …) and best practices

PROFILE

• 5 years of experience, at least 3 years in strategic consulting
• Financial acumen and strong analytical skills required
• Strong skills in managing complex, cross-functional and multi-country projects
• Self-taught profile, able to influence, ability to interact with high-level stakeholders
• Ability to listen, synthesize and make recommendations
• Highly flexible, with an ability to work in a changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential, French is a plus. A third language would be appreciated
• Excellent skills on PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Tableau would be a plus
