About the job
As part of a job creation, we are looking for our IT Team Manager F/M to take charge of supervising the software service .
You will integrate the IT department and its Agile operation.
You will participate in planning and reviews, and uncover new features, reported problems and technical refactoring.
In close collaboration with the R&D teams, you will work in the field of medical diagnostics. Our developments, subject to current standards, are tested on site in laboratories and presented regularly to the customer.
More generally, you will participate in the design and finalization of new products, the design of new technologies, the evolution of existing products and technologies.

· Manage the IT department

• · Design, develop and upgrade computer application programs

· Analyze technical and functional problems and propose fixes

· Manage the evolution of files and their traceability

• · Provide technical assistance to the various departments

· Develop technical and normative documentation

Your profile

• You have initial experience in team management, if possible in agile/scrum methodology.

With a higher education such as a Computer Engineer with a C++/Qt oriented profile, you are versatile and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
You master the software development standards for medical devices (in particular standard 62304).
Graphics, low-level protocols, software architecture, automation scripts or driver configuration are part of your skills.

Good knowledge of C/Firmware language is a plus
