Manpower Monaco recherche pour un de ses clients, Un Technicien HelpDesk H/F
Missions :
- Inventory Management
- Local IT Vendor Management.
- Documentation of IT Procedures.
- Part of the Global IT Service Delivery team.
- IT Support to other global offices. Profil :
- Excellent Communication skills, working Language English. French / Italian a bonus.
- Active Directory Knowledge : User Object OU (Creation / Deletion / Update).
- Basic knowledge of O365, Microsoft Teams, Antivirus, and SCCM.
- General knowledge of troubleshooting - Multifunction Printer/ CPU / Laptop (Dell) / iPhone.
- Comprehensive End User IT Support.
- Strong organizational skills, and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills (English is the official working language).
- Basic understanding of networking
