Job title
The Shopper Marketing Leader for Personal Health Western Europe is responsible for creating and implementing a retail transformation program that builds superior presence for Philips and outstanding shopping experiences both on and offline across Western Europe.
This position can be based in the Netherlands or Europe market
The Shopper marketing leader:
is strategic:
Translates marketing ambitions into winning customer plans via strategies that achieve a triple win for Philips, customers and consumers.
drives execution:
Is responsible for step changing visibility of Philips brands across priority categories, channels and customers
Orchestrates Shopper Activation Plans across Western Europe including promotional co-ordination, budget guidance and category toolkit deployment to drive category growth and win market share through scaled yet locally relevant executions.
delivers results through others:
Closely collaborates with Commercial and Marketing teams in the Markets (incl. local Shopper Marketing teams) and with the Region category teams to deliver best in class Omnichannel execution that fuels category growth.
Leads the Western Europe Shopper Marketing team (Shopper Activation, Shopper Excellence/Category Management and Shopper Insights & Analytics)
builds capabilities in the organization:
Builds and scales shopper marketing capabilities across Western Europe through training, tooling, analytics and community building.
Provides thought leadership to key retail partners and ensures Philips is the preferred partner for retail innovation initiatives.
You're the right fit if:
Proven track record of creating activation strategies across key business drivers/category growth initiatives (10+ years of experience)
Excellent storyteller who drives action and influence.
Consistent record of delivering transformation projects at the point of purchase
Clear cross-functional project and collaborator leadership skills
A strong P&L understanding, able to build and evaluate cases based on short and long term return on investment.
Commercial excellence
Shopper marketing Experience in either Food & Drug or Pureplay retailers (preferred)
Highly articulate with an excellent command of written & spoken English
