o Able to design endtoend technical solutions based on functional requirements (including Frontend specs taking into consideration high performance data model design and backend processes with business rules to support the frontend)
o Experienced in Salesforce Commerce Development including Salesforce Lightning Javascript and Apex
o Experienced in Commerce FrontEnd Development including CSS/SCSS/SASS HTML Lightning Web Components Javascript
o SFCC Best Practice Implementation expertise
o Knowledge of CI/CD platforms from the user point of view be able to create Pull Requests Merge pull request and resolve conflicts during deployments
o Able to work with scratch orgs & different development and deployment tools utilized in Salesforce eco system
o Excellent hands on experience on Tools like VS Code GitHub Code quality tools
o Skilled in Agile framework and related Tools like JIRA etc
o Flexible to accept & deliver enhancements under Agile Mode with stakeholder collaborations
o Excellent People management skills
o Excellent Conflict resolution skills
o Salesforce B2B certifications a Plus
o Can guide & mentor Creation of Unit TestingTest Classes & Salesforce Best Practice Implementation
o Able to review comment correct & help developers and approve Pull Requests based on the project guidelines.
o Thorough understanding and Hands on experience in working with different set of Integrations & SalesforceSFCC B2B scenarios
