Position Duties
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy marketer with a passion for gaming, sports, and web3. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, leveraging influence, implementing guerrilla marketing tactics, and managing paid marketing campaigns to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a 360° social media strategy for MFL, focusing on content planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Utilize influence and collaborate with key influencers to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Provide insightful product suggestions to improve user acquisition, optimize landing pages, and refine user funnels for maximum conversion and retention.
- Find, test, and scale innovative guerrilla marketing and growth hacking strategies to significantly enhance user acquisition and retention, ensuring these strategies are cost-effective and have a tangible impact on growth.
- Manage paid marketing campaigns across various channels, optimizing for ROI and driving consistent growth.
Foster a culture of experimentation, using data analytics to drive decisions and refine marketing strategies for better outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a reputable business school.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, with a preference for backgrounds in gaming, sports, or B2C sectors.
- Understanding of the web3 industry and its dynamics is a strong plus.
- Tech-savy, you're not affraid of code and capable of using no-code / low-code tools.
- A growth mindset, adept at ideating, testing, and executing innovative ideas on a lean budget.
- Highly autonomous, with a proven track record of delivering results and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Advanced proficiency in English ; French is a significant plus
