About the role:
We are seeking a demand manager, in charge of ensuring continuous supply of medicines to France, according to patients’ needs and in compliance with regulatory, quality & supply chain requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the orders and track deliveries to ensure the availability of finished products. Optimize inventory, in close collaboration with production sites and third-party logistics provider. Anticipate the risks and implement mitigation actions to prevent it.
• Privileged point of contact for pharmaceutical affairs, medical, product managers all along the product lifecycle. Responsible to implement all changes related to the finished products (artworks…), in coordination with regulatory & quality.
• Elaborate the demand/supply planning in an efficient and timely manner, monitor KPIs linked to its activities (customer service level, stock-outs, inventory coverage, forecast accuracy, bias, write-offs…) Update and produce dashboards / reports.
• Lead cross-functional project initiatives (production site transfer, repackaging activities, new tools…) Participate actively in Sales & Business Planning cycle, seeking for high performance in the supply chain.
• Contribute with continuous improvement activities and maintenance of information systems (SAP master data, Kinnaxis...) Ensure compliance of NFCM applicable controls and alignment of the operations to local & global policies and procedures.
Role Requirements
Role requirements:
• Higher education (master’s degree) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, production planning or supply chain positions/activities in a pharmaceutical industry.
• Solution & results oriented with a high rigor in the daily work (methodical with attention to quality & details), analytical skills.
• Strong skills in information management tools: in depth knowledge of Pack office (Excel with formulas) and SAP. (Kinnaxis, Qliksense, BI are a plus) Design models & automate.
• Clear communication (written & oral), fluent English & French. Ability to collaborate with various team.
